Help for RGB2ISH

PURPOSE

     RGB2ISH converts between RGB and ISH.

  1) Reads byte, half or full word VICAR image
  2) Writes same, with RGB/ISH conversion
  3) Conversion direction depends on "reverse" parm
  4) Negative values can be set to zero

TAE COMMAND LINE FORMAT

     rgb2ish INP=(I1,I2,I3) OUT=(O1,O2,O3) PARMS
     
     where

     I1,I2,I3   are VICAR input images
     O1,O2,O3   are VICAR output images

       reverse if 0 (default), converts rgb to ish else ish to rgb
       noneg if non-zero (default), replaces negative values with zero

     Examples

     rgb2ish INP=(r,g,b) OUT=(i,s,h)

     rgb2ish INP=(i,s,h) OUT=(r,g,b) reverse=1

OPERATION

     RGB2ISH converts between RGB and ISH, performing the conversion
     in double values. Negative input values are not allowed.
     Input images must be either all byte or all half word.
