Help for PHOTFIT2_HAPKE_81_COOK

PURPOSE:

In this PDF, the user is asked for the parameters and there limits needed to
fit the Hapke-1981-two-term-Legendre-Polynomial bidirectional reflectance in
the modification of Cook.
If a sulution guess falls out-of-bonds then the attemp will be aborted and
a new guess attempted.

MATHEMATICAL BACKGROUND :

The Cook bidirectional reflectance is a modification to the 1981 Hapke one.
The modification is in the redefining incidence and emission angles to their
new values :
	cos(i) <-- sqrt(1-COOK*COOK*(1-cos(i)*cos(i)))
	cos(e) <-- sqrt(1-COOK*COOK*(1-cos(e)*cos(e)))
