Input image(s) in byte or 16-bit integer (halfword) data format.  Maximum
line length is 65536 samples for byte inputs and 32768 samples for
halfword inputs.

IBIS-2 output histogram file(s) with statistics.

To allow more than one HISTOGRAM in a single IBIS file, this
parameter allows the definition of an INSTANCE name, by which
each set may be referenced.

The possible values are none, iof and radiance.
For IOF, the output histogram scale will be IOF times some convenient scale 
factor. For RADIANCE, it will be nanowatts/cm**2/steradian/nanometer times
some convenient scale.
The input image must be a radiometrically corrected Voyager or Galileo image.

The optional keyword 'USECOW causes the histogram computation to be restricted
to the cutout window area (Galileo).
