Help for CONLAB
purpose:
CONLAB is a stream used to speed-up the contour label program written
by Mike Girard. The stream will cut up an input image into strips of
str_line by str_samp pixels. These strips will be feeded into CLABEL
and font to generate the contour labels.

PARAMETERS:
INP
The input image where the contours will
be labeled.
OUTPUT
The name of the output contoured labels
of the input image.
MIN_LEN
Minimum contour length to be labeled.
FONT_HEIGHT
Height in pixels of font.
FONT_TYPE
Integer representing font type.
