Help for LABSWTCH

 "labswtch" creates an output file containing the following:
		the system label of the second input 
		the history labels of the first input file 
		the data of the second input file 
 INVOKATION OF "labswtch"

	labswtch (A,B) C PARMS

 where A B and C are VICAR labeled files.
