Help for RPCCCTR

PURPOSE

Uses an output from Program sc2rpc to generate corner points and
put them into a vicar label prior to calling program vicar2ntf to
make the nitf format. Or the corners can be seen in the vicar
label.

A GEOTiff label in geographic coordinates is also added to the
label for possible use by sc2rpc. (It is usually approximate).

CALL

  rpccctr cube=xxxscale image=xxximg &vr0 &vr2 &ur0 &ur2

the cube corners of the call to sc2rpc have to be passed in the
  parameters (&vr0,&vr2,&ur0,&ur2)

OPERATION

reads the corners of the cube and uses label-add to put them into
the file label.

PERFORMANCE

about 2 seconds on a SUN blade 2000.

Restrictions
------------

using sea level for now, need to improve for elevation.
