Help for PHODEM_SPICE

In this sub-menu it is possible to specify the names of additional parameters,
e.g. SPICE Directories and Kernels. In our example, dummy parameters similar to 
HRSC/WAOSS can be specified.

This program is only intended to be run as tutor from other programs.
When run from Command Mode, we get an error message:

Type "run" when you have specified the dummy parameters.
