Help for GTP

PURPOSE
The analyst can use this proc to quickly convert a (line, sample)
to geographic coordinate using a GeoTIFF image as a reference.

The inverse can be performed by typing the letter i after the
     coordinates.

The result is given by printing a one line IBIS file with the user
input in columns (1,2) and the output in columns (3,4). Column 5
contains the z value at the point (bilinear interpolation).
