Help for GTDEL

PURPOSE
     GTDEL is a VICAR applications program that deletes label items
     with a specified prefix from a GeoTIFF label.
     
CALL
     gtdel INP PREFIX
  WHERE:
     INP           is the input VICARGT image file to be updated.
     PREFIX        is the label name prefix of the item(s) to be deleted.

RESTRICTIONS
------------

INP and PREFIX must be less than 100 characters long.
