Help for ELVCOR2

PURPOSE
     Calculate elevation offsets for a satellite image using a
DTED elevation image and modis type input
	   
CALL
     The gridfile must contain the columns (line,samp,lat,lon,lookangle,
     azimuth).  The (lat,lon) columns are corrected for elevation offset.

Restrictions
------------
The dted must cover the area and have geographic coordinates.  It must have
a GeoTIFF label.
