Help for EGM2WGS

PURPOSE
The input file in Geoid'96 (for example SRTM elevation data) is
converted to WGS84 Ellipsoid.

CALL
     egm2wgs INPUT OUTPUT
  WHERE:
     INPUT          is the Geoid'96 elevation file
     OUTPUT         is the output WGS84 elevation file
     
OPERATION

1. The routine finds the AFIDS Geoid/Spheroid difference file
2. The diff file is GTWARPED to match the input file
3. The warped diff is added from the input file (times .01)
4. A GeoTIFF label is added for the vertical datum

PERFORMANCE

Same speed as GTCOPY

Restrictions

The input must have a GeoTIFF label.
