Help for PHO_REGNER_HAPKE_HG1
PURPOSE:
In this PDF, the user is asked for the only parameters needed for the
combined photometric function of the system atmosphere/surface as proposed by
P.Regner.
MATHEMATICAL BACKGROUND :
The approximation from Van Blerkom for the atmosphere is combined with the
Hapke-1986-one-term-Henyey-Greenstein photometric function for the surface.
