Level 2 Help for LABSWTCH

 (IN1,IN2) - Two input files required.  The system label and data
 of the second file and the history labels of the first are sent
 to the output.

 ONE OUTPUT FILE TO RECEIVE THE DATA AND LABELS.

 VICAR size field. Default is from the system label.

 Starting line of size field. Default is from the system label.

 Starting samp of size field. Default is from the system label.

 Number of lines of size field. Default is from the system label.

 Number of samps of size field. Default is from the system label.
