Help for IBIS

IBIS is an IBIS-2 program, designed to provide basic file utilities
for IBIS-2 and IBIS-1 tabular and graphics files.

When IBIS is invoked on the command line, the mode of operation
is determined by the subcommand which is used.  For help on the
parameters of IBIS-GEN, type -GEN (etc.). For general help on the 
operation of the subcommand, type HELP GEN (etc.)
