Help for SDSEMS

PURPOSE:

SDSEMS accepts a DEM image and calculates its standard deviation of
scene elevation relative to mean slope based on the Ancillary
Geographic Product ATBD.

EXECUTION:

Example
	SDSEMS INP=A OUT=B

OPERATION:
BYTE, HALF, FULL, REAL, and DOUB INP formats are supported. OUT format is REAL.
