Help for NIMSR2IOF

 NIMSR2IOF converts a NIMS radiance cube to "I/F", where the output
 pixels contain:  IOF = pi * I / F(Solar),
 where I = Radiance in the input cube;
       F(Solar) = Solar flux, in the input cube label.

 The input cube must be in floating-point format.
