Level 2 Help for PICSUM

 STRING--REQUIRED
 From 1 to 30 input images.  The images may be byte or halfword format.
 However, all inputs must be of the same format.  If only 1 image is given,
 that 1 image is used only for its VICAR label, and the images that are
 PICSUM'd must be given using LIST.

 STRING--REQUIRED
 Output image file name (halfword)

 KEYWORD--OPTIONAL
 Causes each output pixel to be scaled by 128/#inputs.

 REAL--OPTIONAL
 Low and high thresholds for identifying spikes.  See HELP PICSUM for details.

 INTEGER--OPTIONAL
 Minimum threshold value.  See HELP PICSUM for details.

 KEYWORD--OPTIONAL
 Invokes a median filter on the input files instead of a summation.
 This keyword is ignored if TSCALE has been specified.

 STRING--OPTIONAL
 The input images can be given either with INP or with a SRCH list (LIST).  If
 LIST is used, you must still give one image with INP which is used only for
 its VICAR label which is used for the output image.
