Help for ISISLAB

PURPOSE:

 ISISLAB prints the PDS label and history objects of an ISIS cube to
 the terminal or Vicar log file.

EXECUTION:

  ISISLAB input-file-name OPTION

 where OPTION determines whether the LABEL object, the HISTORY object,
 or both, are printed.
