Help for IMSPLIT

PURPOSE:
imsplit copies the odd columns of an image into one image and even
lines of the image into another.

EXECUTION:

Example

imsplit A (B,C)   will copy the odd columns of image A into image B
                  and the even columns of image A into image C
                               
OPERATION:

TIMING: 

As fast as VICAR can read and write the lines.
