Help for GTLABFIX

PURPOSE
     GTLABFIX is a VICAR applications program that searches a selected
property for values that are in exponent format and changes the numbers
to decimal format.  This is needed for RPC output to NITF format.

See program VICAR2NTF.
     
CALL
     gtlabfix INP PROPERTY
  WHERE:
     INP           is the input VICAR image file to be updated.
     PROPERTY      is the property label to be fixed (usually GEOTIFF).

RESTRICTIONS

INP and PROPERTY must be less than 99 characters long.
