Help for GTCOPY

PURPOSE:
gtcopy is like VICAR copy except for three items:

1. The subrectangle that is copied can extend outside of the input
in any direction. This means that sl or ss can be negative or sl+nl
or ss+ns can be greater than the size of the input.

2. A correct GeoTIFF label is derived from the input and the (sl,ss)
and is attached to the output.

3. The SB, NB, FORMAT, INSIZE, ORG, BLOCK AND BINARY parameters are
dropped.

EXECUTION:

Example

gtcopy A B size=(5,6,100,100) will copy a 100 x 100 subimage of A
starting at line 5, sample 6, naming
the result B. A must have a GeoTIFF
label and B will inherit the GeoTIFF
                               label from A.
