OUT=B where B is the name of a standard Vicar output file.

SIZE

SIZE=(0,0,nl,ns) where nl is the number of lines and ns is the number of
samples and defines a standard VICAR size field.

THRESH

Threshold for determining if data are missing. Default is 0.
